If you teach in a school where interactive whiteboards (IWBs) are underused, this resource book will be of interest. The introduction, linking theory and practice, is essential reading. The book presents seven case studies, set in primary, secondary, vocational and higher education. The cases include Clil, gamification and digital storytelling, and illustrate communicative uses of the IWB. The book contains examples of good practice, and is well illustrated with diagrams and photographs. The final chapter proposes a set of recommendations for IWB use, drawn from the studies and research. Given the controversies surrounding IWBs, this book is accessible, insightful and helpful.
